Core strengthening with 3 Gym and1 Water work out. Added 5 (elliptical) min to the 10 (bike 2 mil)for 15 total cardio at the Gym, and additional 1 Mi walking each day. I have been Listening to JAU Sunday Recording while working out. This week Dennis was with Scott and I enjoyed Scott’s comment on John 17:20-23.
I want the habit of one Memory exploration a week. I desire Music playing ( Guitar and Keyboard), and recording for voice practice part of this adventure. It would be nice to produce an album this year, but it is looking like a project that could take 2 years.
