RobsAdventure-
Having committed to a 6 month time off of work beginning this month……I have been and now am Adventuring!
I have been enjoying mornings on the back porch. Fire pit lit, Bullet Coffee in hand and readings from Norman Grubb and Dr Urlic Williams in the other. I have Been seeing similarity between the two writings. Yes, I am (sip)and Terrain Theory. More on this in Theology later on. This morning Rumbles of God rolling(thunder), Rain patters, birds chirping, humming birds greeting, sun breaks through cloud (with lightning)to radiate off the red tree leaves. I AM, yes. One Magnificat morning!
Continuing Keto diet. Eggs, Bacon( or other meat), Rib-eyes, butter, nuts, and some veggies( avocado, tomato, cauliflower). Almost to 100 LBS loss ( 60 this year on keto). I am on track for a 327Lbs to 227Lbs achievement this month.
Began Core strengthening last week with H2O and Gym workouts and continuing this week(more to come in “Health.”
Completed Swedish Massage training course from Therapy Training School. Passed the test, so Rob Dorman Cert.SBM. But I do not know what SBM is:). I think next is Hot Stone massage ( someone put hot stones in the amazon cart:)) to go with My portable massage table. More to come in “Weekly Adventures.”
Thoughts on Grubb, Williams, Spiritual alignment with the I AM, the peace found in His creation, and positive thoughts and well being. I think I will use this mornings thunder and rain recording and play a song over it. More to come on this in “Music.”
Been working on floating deck to support our new Sauluspa! Hard work, would not be possible if not for the active lifestyle I am having due to the weight loss. Should have some “Pictures” later.
Next up, ASQ CQA certification. Test in 6 weeks. ASQ is American Society for Quality and CQA is Certified Quality Auditor. Maybe this my next profession in November.
Also developing RobsAdventure web site. I have past adventures ( Biography), Current adventures (Chaplaincy, Health, Keto, Music, Pictures, and Future adventures(pontifications) to begin to post. RobD
