Keto Diet, still trying. Have taken off the 7 Lbs gained during cruse, but still not at the 100 Lbs mark. Goal of under 200 by 2024 ( which would be 125 Lbs loos total).
Planet Fitness workouts, 4 – 5 times a week. Adding a mile walk daily.
Concepts….One’s Myth, Another’s Blasphemy, One Reiki Masters in it. Body as a Vessel filled, or Person Bipolar. Is Spiritual Energy slowed down to Electrical Energy forming 3D matter? What is Faith, Prayer, and Worship? Exploring how God’s creation works with a new Lens on it, and it seems that Man’s pursuit of Knowledge ( of good and evil) has made a mess of things.
Why is it so hard to write down one memory a week? I need to get into the habit of one a week. Why is Music playing ( Guitar and Keyboard) for 15 min a day difficult? It would be nice to produce an album this year, but it is looking like a project that could take 2 years.
“R&C Works4U” consulting company sent its sixth Invoice. Still planning on performing Quality Audits as a consultant with this Company. I am going to a electronic trade show and a quality conference soon to network. I am still consulting at the old company helping to train in the CAM department. Old boss has offered part time remote my old position. This 14 hours a week has got in the way of Rob’s Adventures, but had provided some spending moneys and is slowing the withdraws from retirement savings. I was feeling a bit uneasy with to much time on my hands and having this opportunity settles that.
I am planning on a visit to S.J. at Mom’s request for the holidays.
