Iron sharpens Iron, nothing like Christian brothers getting together for a good discussion!
I have been enjoying Monday evenings getting together with my friends. We catch up on the week, our lives, our ministries. We get some dinner, and may watch a movie.

In the morning I like to light a candle and do some reading. Currently “Revelation, Four Views, Revised and Updated” by Steve Gregg & “Can you catch a COLD?”by Daniel Roytas. 



I had a good first week in the Keto diet. Some of the highest ketones that I have recorded with my meter. Two days ago, came out of Keto. It seems for me that a diet less than 40 carbs is optimal. Eggs,Bacon( or other meat), Ribeyes, butter, nuts, and some veggies( avocado, tomato, cauliflower). My goal is 190 LBS by age 62. This amounts to 2.3 lbs a week.

I had a good first week in Cardio and Core strengthening Gym workouts. We missed one day. Will continue with Mo-Fr ( 15-20 min cardio M-W-F, 30 reps light weight T-Th-S). Two 15 min walks daily M-T-Th-F.

Rob’s adventure activities for this week working on Web site, a Video, and an activity to get some content for a video. Including some music I create for the background.
