The Adventure, (Week Nineteen)Continues….

Readings in Norman Grubb, Dr Urlic Williams and Dennis Deardorff. “Yes, I am”,”Terrain Theory” and “Knowing Jesus” as the adventure continues. Core strengthening with 3 Gym and1 Water work out. Added 5 (elliptical) min to the 10 (bike 2 mil)for 15 total cardio at the Gym, and additional 1 Mi walking each day. I have been Listening to JAU Sunday Recording while working out. Hard to keep track of what week I am on. So, will just use the Sunday day for week of.Readings in Norman Grubb, Dr Urlic Williams and Dennis Deardorff. “Yes, I am”,”Terrain Theory” and “Knowing Jesus as the adventure continues. Keto for 3 week push to goal weight 220 by Cruse time. 18 weeks Core strengthening with Gym workouts 5 times a week. Adding 1 mile walks daily and one hour workout in the pool.
