Reading “Rees Howells, “Intercessor” and Scriptures. Working toward the 100 lbs loss first which may be a struggle given the last 9 months of off and on Keto. My goal is reaching 227 Lbs this April which will be 2 years attempting Keto ( and 100 LBS lost) then on to Goal weight of 180 by 2025 ( 150 LBS loss).
