The Adventure, Week Eleven to Thirteen

I have been reading again sections Norman Grubb and Dr Urlic Williams. “Yes, I am”and “Terrain Theory” as the adventure continues.

Continuing Keto diet. I hit the 100 LBS loss mark July 28.

Thirteen weeks Core strengthening with H2O 1-2 times a week and Gym workouts 5 times a week.
Looking into flow of energy that both Dr WIlliams and Norman Grubb mention, and “Grounding”. Last weeks Dr Sam Bailey episode was very interesting. Curious how God’s creation works, and Man’s pursuit of Knowledge makes a mess of things.

While Memories written down seem a smaller task that a Biography I need to get into the habit of one a week. I still want Music playing ( Guitar and Keyboard), and some recording for voice practice part of this adventure. It would be nice to produce an album this year, but it is looking like a project that could take 2 years.

We brought back “R&C Works4U” as a consulting company. I am planning on performing Quality Audits as a consultant with this Company. I did take on a consulting job two weeks ago at the old company helping to train in the CAM department. This 14 hours a week has got in the way of Memory writing but is filling an 8 hour day. I was feeling a bit un easy with to much time on my hands and having this opportunity settles that.

Took a flight down to visit a High School friend and Mother last week end. Nice to be able to fly again. I am wondering if a Grounding pad could help my mother.
